Stayed for 7 nights in this romantic and amazing place, greatly enjoyed that. The junior suite was beautiful, included an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and an individual safe. Location: the hotel was close enough to Le Chalet Zannier, which was fully booked 3 months in advance, and the medical clinic. Lucky that it was not too far from Sparky's Grill, offering food to go.

The service was impeccable, with little details like arranging ski equipment and providing late-night food in our room. The ambiance of the hotel felt cozy and relaxing, and it often felt like we had the place to ourselves. The food was excellent, especially the dishes with truffle. We are already planning to come back every year!
There were some minor issues with the light switches, but solving them was more fun than a hassle.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the first-class service and attention to detail at Le Chalet. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, from arranging our ski equipment to be neatly laid out in our car each day, to providing food in our room when we arrived late at night. The cozy and comfortable ambiance of the hotel made us feel right at home, and with only 12 rooms, it often felt like we had the place to ourselves. The food was also excellent, with the chefs showcasing their talent with truffle dishes. We can't wait to come back every year.
Felt incredibly cozy, with nothing to complain about.

The decoration at this charming hotel was simply exquisite. Every room, from the cozy sitting area by the fireplace to the elegant dining room, showcased a perfect blend of traditional Alpine charm and modern luxury. The attention to detail in the design was impeccable, with beautiful wooden furnishings, plush fabrics, and stunning artwork adorning the walls. As a senior woman, I appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features throughout the hotel, such as sturdy handrails and well-lit pathways, which made navigating the premises easy and safe.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more staff members available to assist with luggage and other needs. Although the children working there were polite and helpful, there were times when they seemed busy attending to other guests, leaving me to carry my bags on my own.

The room at Zannier Hotels Le Chalet was absolutely amazing! It was so cozy and comfortable, with a rustic charm that made me feel right at home. The large windows offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, and I could spend hours just gazing at the picturesque scenery. As a nature lover, this room was a dream come true for me.
The only thing I didn't personally love was the gourmet restaurant. It was a bit too fancy for my taste, but I understand that others might enjoy the fine dining experience.

As a senior woman, I was thoroughly impressed with the beautiful decoration and ambiance of the hotel. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings created a cozy and elegant atmosphere that truly made me feel at home. The general areas of the hotel, such as the sitting room and dining room, were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. , I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior people, with easy navigation throughout the property and helpful staff always ready to assist.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to speak a little slower and more clearly. Sometimes, their youthful energy and excitement made it challenging for me to understand them completely.

Easter weekend at this hotel was amazing! the staff was super friendly, always ready and happy to help. the room was spacious and cozy, with a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. the hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close enough to the ski slopes and the village center. On Easter day, the hotel offered a special brunch with an exquisite selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the massages offered.
